My Story

My journey with transdermal magnesium started a few years ago when I needed to find  something to reduce my anxiety and help me sleep through the night. I am currently in veterinary school and I am very passionate about maintaining a healthy work-school-life harmony. With my regular use of transdermal magnesium these past few years I have been able to do just that. Finally finding a simple step in my routine that worked so well empowered me to share it with all of you.
