What is your return policy?

You may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by B.Bodyy. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the product.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, shipping is only offered in the United States. We hope to expand to worldwide shipping in the future.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Each product is made to order. Processing and shipping is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that during a busy period (sales, holidays, etc.) our handling time may increase by a few days.
